JEREMY GILMORE

Founder & Managing Director

The esteemed founder of Milestone PG, Jeremy is your trusted expert in local and international real estate. With over 20 years of experience, Jeremy boasts an impressive track record, achieving more than $4.5 billion in sales, including more than $1.2 billion in the last five years alone.

Jeremy’s notable contributions include the development of the three-tower project, FV by Gurner™, in Brisbane in 2014, where he successfully managed the sale of a 30-story building within four months. He has also partnered with renowned property developer Altum on the Sunshine Coast for the largest project undertaken in Noosa Heads, showcasing his proficiency in facilitating significant developments throughout Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

With his personable ‘can-do’ attitude, strategic management skills and extensive network, Jeremy excels in building lasting client relationships and breaking sales records for industry-leading developers.

Jeremy now divides his time between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, sharpening his expertise in both regions and immersing himself in all that Queensland has to offer. When at his Sunshine Coast home, you’ll find him spending quality time with his adorable border collies.

MELISSA BRENOT

Chief Operating Officer

Meet our COO, Melissa. Showcasing more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and a stellar finance and contract management background, Melissa adeptly orchestrates MilestonePG operations behind the scenes, ensuring seamless execution of every project.

A self-confessed globetrotter, Melissa has travelled to more than 40 countries and counting, with many more to tick off her bucket list. Not only is she always willing to lend a hand on the business side of things to her team and clients, but she’s always keen to discuss travel recommendations.

Having personally sold over 100 resales in South Brisbane, Melissa brings a diverse skill set to the team. Leveraging her experience in marketing, administration, finance, and sales, she ensures the team is well-supported and equipped with everything needed to deliver top-notch service to clients. Her sharp eye for detail, love for design and incomparable ability to adapt to projects of any size ensure she’s always in tune.

Outside of work, Melissa treasures time with friends and family. Whether she’s at the beach, hiking mountain trails, or simply relaxing with loved ones, she cherishes these meaningful moments.

MICHAEL HOGAN

Head of Project Sales

With an in-depth understanding of the market and excellent communication skills, Michael has amassed over $ 500 million in sales over the past five years alone. A successful career spanning more than three decades, Michael’s expertise and insight into development design, marketing and off-the-plan sales are integral to the success of any project.

Over the past three years, Michael single-handedly sold out Chester & Ella, The Ambrose and Ruby Ruby, showcasing his dedication to a seamless transaction process. His ‘project first’ mentality and commitment to enhancing the purchasing experience for both buyers and developers have established him as one of the most sought-after figures in the national property industry.

Michael splits his time between Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast with his partner and Ellie the Cavoodle.

VANESSA LAWLESS

Project & Sales Executive

Vanessa’s real estate career began over two decades ago, commencing in residential sales and making a name for herself with her empowering leadership style and strong work ethic. As General Manager Victoria of an international property sales and advisory company, she led a team of 55 and managed close to 1,800 annual sales in Melbourne’s landmark projects.

Vanessa’s international business experience in mainland China, working with a top Australian/Chinese property company, has profoundly enriched her cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Leading business operations in a diverse and highly competitive market honed her ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Career highlights include leading the Chinese business in Melbourne working alongside major residential developers such as Lendlease, Mirvac, Cedar Woods, Stockland, and SP Setia, and managing the successful sales of a $600 million residential land project (Saltwater Coast, Point Cook)and leading the sales and marketing for a$150 million medium/high-density project Kingslea, Broadmeadows.

Valuing integrity and respect, Vanessa consistently strives to build positive client connections while staying focused on targets and results. She has a professional and collaborative approach and takes pride in her reputation as a trusted advisor. More recently, Vanessa has sold Coolum Ridge in Mount Coolum, Jura Noosa in Noosaville and Riverbend in Maroochydore.

After commuting from Melbourne for the last two decades, Vanessa now calls the Sunshine Coast home, where she lives with her family.

DANIEL MULDER

Project & Sales Executive

With over 15 years’ experience in project sales, Daniel has developed an unparalleled skillset working alongside some of the country’s top project marketers, including Three Sixty Property Group, Colliers International and Cube Developments. Daniel has an excellent understanding of how projects run, from start to finish, with extensive knowledge of off-the-plan properties, boutique developments, completed apartments, land subdivisions townhouses.

In 2008, Daniel earned the Rookie of the Year award and, in 2010, was named Victorian Salesperson of the Year. After moving to Queensland, he became the top salesperson at Cube Developments over a three-year period and sold over $ 100 million in high-end boutique apartments and townhouses.

Daniel has experience working with international clients, building trust and accommodating their time zones to ensure a seamless purchase process. He has also travelled with developers to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, assisting with successful project launches. Throughout his career, Daniel has been involved in notable projects such as The Whitely, Malolo Noosa and Jura Noosa by Three Sixty Property Group and Oasis Bokarina, Empire Melbourne Nature by Cube.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending quality time with his children, keeping fit and surfing.
