DANIEL MULDER

With over 15 years’ experience in project sales, Daniel has developed an unparalleled skillset working alongside some of the country’s top project marketers, including Three Sixty Property Group, Colliers International and Cube Developments. Daniel has an excellent understanding of how projects run, from start to finish, with extensive knowledge of off-the-plan properties, boutique developments, completed apartments, land subdivisions townhouses.

In 2008, Daniel earned the Rookie of the Year award and, in 2010, was named Victorian Salesperson of the Year. After moving to Queensland, he became the top salesperson at Cube Developments over a three-year period and sold over $ 100 million in high-end boutique apartments and townhouses.

Daniel has experience working with international clients, building trust and accommodating their time zones to ensure a seamless purchase process. He has also travelled with developers to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, assisting with successful project launches. Throughout his career, Daniel has been involved in notable projects such as The Whitely, Malolo Noosa and Jura Noosa by Three Sixty Property Group and Oasis Bokarina, Empire Melbourne Nature by Cube.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending quality time with his children, keeping fit and surfing.
