Capital Prudential’s Clancy Sprouster expressed excitement as construction begins, following a successful pre-sales campaign, with over 50% of residences already sold. Buyers are drawn to Jura’s well-designed layouts and prime location near shopping, schools, Noosa Hospital, and lifestyle amenities. The project’s local team of experts, including Blackwood Architects, Pivotal Perspective, and Milestone Property Group, has played a key role in bringing the vision to life.

With construction now underway and strong market demand, the final stage release is available, with prices starting at $960,000 for two-bedroom residences and $1,495,000 for three-bedrooms, ahead of an expected Q1 2026 completion.
